    We schedule a 15 minute consult to check if I’m the right fit for you. We discuss your treatment goals briefly.

  • Plan.

    In the first few sessions we build a treatment plan. Clients tell me these sessions are enlightening, reassuring, and therapeutic.

  • Progress.

    You build confidence and success. You will begin to feel more confident at work and in your relationships.
