Therapy will give you back the power to solve life's crises. Therapy is a place to learn practical skills so you can manage overwhelming emotions. You will increase your ability to be in control of your thoughts and feelings and learn coping strategies for dealing with difficult relationships. You will learn how to be fully present every day, to make it through the difficult moments and enjoy the beautiful moments in life.
How long does therapy last?
On your first session we will set goals for your therapy. We evaluate our progress on a regular basis. You decide when you have met your goals and are ready to graduate therapy.
